"Room was clean. Desk staff was extremely nice and helpful. Rooms have a kitchen. Isolated but stores with in easy car ride. They do take dogs and one dog whined all night but other than that? Nice hotel"

"I entertained 10 guests for my brother's funeral. I paid for all rooms in advance. We also had a memorial dinner in Jimmy Vs restaurant and the staff was very attentive. Everyone had an enjoyable stay."

"None of the ice machines in the whole hotel were working. Chairs throughout the room and breakfast area were peeling and in bad shape. For the price of the room expected so much better."

"The a/c controls were broke, with the room on arrival extremely cold. The a/c unit was very loud. When requesting a different room so we would not get sick from the cold , we were told it was okay to unplug the unit. She would have maintence check it out tomorrow, which was absolutely no help for us. It was freezing until early morning. At 9:30 on Saturday morning the coffee was all gone, the regular waffle mix was out. There was chocolate mix if you wanted that. Also hot water was out so no tea either. There was two apples in the fruit bowl. There WAS COLD cereal and milk. "

"Upon our arrival, the sliding lobby doors were open. The second one was stuck at 2/3 open and didn't leave much room to pass through with baggage. The staff was very courteous, helpful and professional. We booked 2 rooms. The first room with 2 queen beds was mostly clean but both the carpet and the tile floors could have had a bit more attention. Hair and bits of trash in the corners. The second room, again with the attention to the floors. The door must have been kicked in at one time. The stationary part of the safty latch was falling off and the door stop had been crushed into the drywall. The semi-firm beds were nice. The pillows looked fluffy but flattened out to almost nothing. AC/heater was quite and worked well. The room seem humid even when cooled. The bathroom was the biggest disappointment. NO TOWELS! We didn't realize this until the next morning. I called the front desk and tried to get some but was told that housekeeping just clocked in and it would be a couple of hours to get 2 towels. The shower was hot and plenty of pressure! So much so that the shower head sprayed water out of the back of it all over the painted drywall above the shower wall. I could tell it has been going that for a while because I touch the drywall and it was totally saturated and squishy soft. That is going to be a health risk when black mold starts to grow, if it hasn't already. The washcloth I started to use had hair in the fibers of it. I had to use a hand towel instead. Disappointing."

"Breakfast was mediocre. No plates just small bowls to put food in. Carpet was old and worn. Not what I expected when staying with Hampton Inn."
