"Our room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good, coffee was excellent for hotel coffee and the location was very convenient. We had an in-room jacuzzi and it was immaculately clean. We go to Minocqua often, this was our first time staying at this hotel but we will likely stay here all the time now."

"Great place! I would stay again. be forewarned the signage to the rooms is confusing, some 3000 room are in a sublevel only accessible by stairs! and the girl at the front desk initially provided inaccurate directions, but was very apologetic. Beautiful setting and view from balcony, Location perfect! the breakfast is continental, just not as extensive as other places, limited, but satifactory!"

"The breakfast bar was awful hardly anything on it couldn’t even find somebody to fill the coffee up. It was empty. The soap dish in the shower was scummy and black mold on it hasn’t been washed in forever. Beds are very uncomfortable and carpet was dirty."
