This hotel is elegant! Comfortable and clean. Great breakfast every morning, beautiful garden/pool area just the other side of the casino. Many choices to eat and drink. Best of all is the awesome service in every area of the property. I really enjoyed my stay.

3 stars for highway noise

The reason for 3 stars, we were given a room by the highway although the hotel was pretty much empty this time of year We stayed here before and we got a very nice room and no noise Traffic and noise from it, did not die down until about 1 am, and started again at 5 am. We were very tired but could not sleep

Didn't even stay there. Owing to snow falls my flight from Aberdeen was cancelled and the next earliest BA could offer was 3 days later. I wrote and explained and asked if the dates could kindly be changed - got no response. I booked and had to pay for another hotel.

The property has list its lustre that it had, ...having used the location for over 6 years this stay felt different. Uber drivers used to be able to drive in to pick and drop off passengers.. now one has to pay to enter the promises. The customer service that the staff had had gone....the Shuttle driver couldn't wait for 2 minutes while we picked up our luggage. This is one facility that i liked in Johannesburg..but all good things come to an end.
