「I liked the cleanliness of hotel. Disliked the elevator being broken. I was there for funeral and lugging luggage up was hard enough but taking down while in heels was extremely hard.」

「They don’t have any baby crib for my baby...」

「First thing was the elevator was broken. Then we get in the room, we couldn't turn the TV on because the batteries in the remote was dying. Next, the towels were dingy looking, it's like they weren't washed. Last, the toilet stop flushing.」

「The check in was very long, the hotel smells like urine. We made it our room around 11 pm due to basketball. The tub had hair in it, the room smelled like mold, the sofa bed was not clean enough for anyone to sleep on, it was old and wore down. The wall was leaking water, the smoke detector had a cup over it. The curtains were not on. The smell alone was just awful.」

「I did not like any of it. The door to the motel room looked like it had been kicked in from a drug raid about 50 times. One of their walls was just plywood. There was gouges all in the bathroom where it looked like someone just had a knife and started carbon things in the wall we had to hold the wire to even be able to use the microwave and it was all the way around horrible horrible stay」
