As a first time stay at this hostel, I would like to share my wonderful experience here. From the moment I stepped in, I was captivated by its uniqueness. The courtyard was laid out with care and I really enjoyed it. The courtyard is well organized and it is definitely a good place to relax. Imagine having such a peaceful and cozy courtyard in the bustling Lujiazui, it is really rare! Here, I felt the tranquility and harmony in the city. Walking into the lobby, I was attracted by the photos left by the guests hanging on the wall. Each photo records the smiling faces and beautiful memories of different guests, which not only shows the hospitality of the hotel, but also makes me feel the warmth of home. In terms of hygiene, Dainty Hotel has done an impeccable job. Every corner of the room was cleaned very well, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, allowing me to have a good rest during my trip. In addition, the public areas were equally well maintained, with both the courtyard and the lobby kept to a high standard of cleanliness. The attitude of the service staff was also very friendly and professional, they were always helpful and made sure my needs were met. Whether it was checking in or inquiring about tourist attractions in the neighborhood, they were always prompt and accurate in their assistance. Overall, I was very impressed with the Dainty Hotel. Both its beautiful environment, clean and hygienic conditions, and excellent service enhanced my trip to Shanghai.

第一天入住因熱水壺內有水垢［壺內蓋，壺內］換了一次。地板乾淨度6-7分。 第2天到退房，才發現客務清潔方面有點懶，也才發現原來我房是少了1-2樣標配［擴香石］--他們職員直到我講才發現客房阿姨沒給我。 沖水馬桶的提示標籤字太小。 早餐偶爾新鮮［沙拉菜，就最後一天最新鮮。比較多加工類食物：小香腸，飲品沒水，只有咖啡，橙汁，牛奶，紅茶。會有粥，油條，炒飯，炒韓國粉絲］ 職員很友善挺熱情，會聆聽你所說的問題，改善。 但我13號在這軟件問問題，我都去到上海2-3天才收到回覆。這感覺有點弱。。。
