On the plus side the staff were very helpful and friendly despite not speaking any English - we got by with a translation app. The room was big, had its own indoor and outdoor balcony, a great view of the lake and a roll top bath next to a huge window looking out on the lake. Really handy place to stay if you are going to Qilu University of Technology as it is quite far out of Jinan. As a resort the facilities looked good but I didn't have a chance to use any.
On the downside there was no WiFi in my room, I had to go to reception to get it. The bedroom carpet needed a clean and there were no English langauge channels on the TV.
I would probaby stay here again if I was visiting the university.
