What really stood out most was the staff — everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you again for a wonderful experience!"

"Room is clean, with good wind down service towards the evening. Staff are generally friendly and helpful. However, they should have told us there is construction right outside Segara，which impacted the view of the pool and the noise is disturbing. We would have chosen another site if we were made known. Also, the shuttle bus to the main building is annoying, when it is full, we have to wait for another one. Also the spot alight and get on the bus is not sheltered, the experience does not match it price and you will get better option elsewhere. Also the spa and massage is ridiculously expensive. All in all, I would prefer stay in another location of Bali."
