"Room: Dirty, it is a new hotel operates since end 2023, can see the room was not completely cleaned after built when I stay in Mar 2024. I have allergy on my skin after 2 nights stay. May be the new furniture have formaldehyde ( which I cannot verify ) or dirty, The dirt can even see on bed sheet. ..."

"The check-in counter staff was very nice and efficient. Not so much for the check-out but is ok. However, the SPA is not ready SPA service and don't really provide any service and only massage the back for 1 hours service and added in another 15% surcharge without any invoice.
