"This was our second stay and we stayed for six nights. Once again, we couldn't fault it. We were welcomed with a fruit plate on arrival, which was a lovely touch. The apartment itself was spacious, with loads of storage, a fully equipped kitchen, and an unbelievably comfortable bed - genuinely one of the best we've slept in. The only minor issue was that the air conditioning is set to warm mode in winter, and the room became uncomfortably hot. We raised this with staff and a portable AC unit was delivered to our room immediately, which completely resolved the problem. Excellent, responsive service. We also used the robot food delivery service, which was both convenient and fun. Overall, a very comfortable, well-run property and we'd happily stay here again."
