Nice hotel with nice pool
Nice hotel with nice pool and it’s own private section of beach, well located on the main road through Jesolo with plenty of shops and restaurants to choose from.

Staying at the Europa in Jesolo was overall André eventually a pleasure. The initial welcome was warm and hospitable with the girl on reception very helpful. Parking is tricky at the hotel but there’s a freee car about 5 minutes walk away, remember to ask th reception for your ticket. As a seaside hotel the rooms were pretty basic and small and the first room I was offered stank of urine, however, I was quickly relocated to another room which was fine. As I say pretty basic facilities and a small balcony but comfortable enough for an overnight stay but personally I would not wish to stay any longer and certainly not for a holiday. Breakfast was fine lots of choice but I gain nothing outstanding. The hotel has a small swimming pool which can be difficult to find but it is there. Dinner was available but looked unappetising to me and you are surrounded by 100’s of restaurants up and down the Main Street in which this Hotel is located. The Wi-Fi was working fine the hotel and all in all I would class this as a three star hotel. Nothing so bad but nothing to make me want to return, there are many other choices in the resort which may offer better accommodation.

Im großen und ganzen waren wir zufrieden. Das Frühstück ist verbesserungswürdig. Das Rührei war so flüssig, dass man es nicht essen konnte. Auf einen Kaffee musste man recht lange warten. Käseauswahl war sehr wenig. Die Liegen am Strand sind Top, so lange man nicht die hat, die direkt am der Bar sind.

Nah am Strand, nettes Personal
Das einzige Negative ist, dass die Rezeption unsere Pässe während das ganze Aufenthalt behalten möchte. Dies haben wir nicht akzeptiert und dann gab es fragen von der Rezeption warum wir dies nicht akzeptieren möchten. Wir konnten uns auf eine Kopie der Pässe einigen. Positiv: sehr nah am Strand. Elektroladestation vorhanden. Personal ist sonst sehr nett.

Good initiative taken by the Hotel in COVID times.
Fine hotel. Salad buffet was really good. No self service, good idea under COVID times, however was poorly organized and time consuming especially at breakfast, but a good initiative in general. The sun loungers at the beach were not directly in front of the hotel and of course we were only provided 2, so had to pay 23 euro extra for additional, despite there being absolutely lots free. Room fine, clean and beds comfy. Towels were a bit scratchy.

Non un vero 4 stelle
Mi spiace ma putroppo non può vendersi come 4 stelle. La camera molto datata con il letto matrimoniale composto da 2 lettini tra l'altro molto scomodi. Non esistono prese di corrente nei pressi dei comodini per caricare il telefono. Se era un due stelle avrei fatto finta di nulla ma dal momento che vendi come 4 stelle i dettagli fanno la differenza. Personalmente un'esperienza da dimenticare.

la camera era di due metri per tre: piu' simile ad una cella penitenziaria oppure ad un loculo mortuario che ad una normale cameretta... (si fregiano di 4 stelle)... Lettino per adolescente non per persona adulta. Al mattino (dopo essere arrivato alle due di notte...) vengo svegliato dalla portineria per spostare una macchina che loro avevano deciso fosse la mia, ma non lo era... Nessuna proposta di offrire una riparazione, nemmeno l'abbuonoformale della tassa di soggiorno di 2,30 Euro... Non tornero' mai piu'... Gentilissimo solo il portiere di notte.

Gentile Sig. Massimo, Le abbiamo assegnato la camera che Lei ha prenotato alla tariffa da Lei accettata. Ci dispiace averLa svegliata alle 8.30 del mattino: un'auto parcheggiata nel nostro parcheggio ostruiva l'uscita alle altre automobili. Tutte le chiavi delle auto vanno consegnate alla reception al momento dell'arrivo (è ben segnalato alla reception). Essendo Lei arrivato di notte ed essendo le Sue chiavi le uniche non consegnate al momento del check in abbiamo pensato che l'auto fosse la Sua. Ci siamo scusati per il disguido molte volte e ci scusiamo nuovamente per l'accaduto. Cordiali saluti

Wir waren zum dritten mal in Jesolo. Das Hotel ist typisch für dieser Region. Hier geht es darum aus wenig Fläche viel Gewinn zu generieren. Vernichtendes Urteil aber ehrlich.

Rent og sentralt beliggende med de fasilitetene som man trenger på et slikt opphold. Eget område på stranden med gratis strandstoler. Resepsjonen var døgnbetjent, men nattportieren snakket bare italiensk.

Toller Aufenthalt
Es war alles in allem ein sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Hotel. Alle Angestellten waren sehr zuvorkommend und bemüht. Das Frühstück hatte eine tolle Auswahl. Einzig, dass wir am Abreisetag € 20,00 für die Benutzung der Strandliegen und des Parkplatzes hätten zahlen müssen, falls wir geblieben wären, fanden wir weniger schön. Das hatten wir in Jesolo noch nie so.
