The staff were very helpful & friendly, the breakfast had a very good choice of hot and cold food. The public area was modern but welcoming. The bedroom was plainly laid out, very clean with a safe box, good size wardrobe, desk, bedside tables and a small fridge. Plenty of shops and restaurants close by and only a 3 minute walk to a beautiful stretch of beach

The hotel is clean and the staff is really friendly, customer service is really good. Really understanding towards customers needs and requirements. They were respectful and helpful with everything. We travelled with our 3 year old toddler and they helped with every need possible.

A clean and modern hotel next to a busy, popular Piazza. Staff not over friendly at first but got better day by day. Nice to have a fridge and safe. Food was ok but quality cereal and tea would have been appreciated.

Ein schönes, modernes Hotel. Alles sauber, nettes teils Deutsch sprechendes Personal. Wir hatten ein zweistöckiges Zimmer mit riesiger Terrasse. Es war auch eine Miniküche (Kühlschrank!!!!) und ein Esstisch mit 4 Sesseln vorhanden. In oberen Stock war das Bad und das "Schlafzimmer". Wir waren Ende Oktober da, da war Jesolo fast ausgestorben.

Ift. at det er et 4-stjernet hotel og priserne var 3.000 pr. mand for 5 dage, levede det absolut ikke op til vores forventning. Personalet var meget reserveret, morgenmaden var kedelig (selv efter hotel standard), dynerne var plettede, sengene var meget hårde og man kunne mærke fjederne. Hertil var terrassen fyldt med fuglelort og hotellet var meget lyt. Alt i alt kan vi ikke forstå hotellets priser eller antallet af stjerner. 2/5 herfra

Dejligt hotel lige midt i gågaden hvor tingene sker. Udmærket morgenmad og virkeligt dejligt værelse med god altan. Poolen kunne være større, men stranden med private liggestole er lige et par skridt væk.

Wir sind schon zum 5 Mal in diesem Hotel. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und kompetent. Alle unsere Wünsche waren erfüllt. Die Lege ist sehr praktisch, viele Einkaufmöglichkeiten und zum Strand ist nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Ein extra Dank für das Küchen und Restaurant Personal. Kommen gerne wieder.

Das Hotel wäre im Großen und Ganzen zufriedenstellend, währen da nicht die Betten. Die Matratzen sind unglaublich hart und man spürt die federn des Bettes schon durch was schlafen fast unmöglich Gemacht hat. Und ohne Ausreichend Schlaf ist jeder Urlaub leider eine Katastrophe.

Hotel bello in posizione ottima, pulito con atmosfera moderna e forse un po' minimal per i miei gusti. Personale cordiale e pronto alle varie esigenze. Il parcheggio non era compreso con la mia prenotazione, pagato a parte e non adiacente alla struttura ma a 200 metri in parcheggio convenzionato, comunque comodo come servizio. Colazione notevole per varietà..consigliato
