"There was construction noise outside of the hotel opposite our room that was very bothersome. I contacted the front desk and they removed us to another room on the other side of the hotel. They were very, very helpful and considerate."

"Not the hotels fault but there were guests smoking in the room on our floor. The staff was a bit unfriendly and Expedia didn’t charge taxes so that was a surprise charge."
