Enjoyable stay!

This was a great location to walk to Old Jerusalem and surroundings like mount of olives and Gethsemane. The staff was excellent and helped make the stay. Not many area restaurants but was recommended Hotel Jersulam gardens where we ate and drank every night. Their staff was so friendly generous and outstanding food..will definitely recommend this hotel but it is rather “tired” and could use updating.

AMAZING STAFF

The staff was absolutely amazing. The people who worked the desk were most helpful and friendly. The breakfast was absolutely excellent, one of the best I have ever had. Once again the staff at the restaurant were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was absolutely perfect, walking distance to everything. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. It was a great stay.

The best part of this hotel is the Front Desk service. They are all nice and very helpful people working at the desk, and will help with just about anything. The rest of the staff is friendly too. A mostly comfortable and quiet hotel in a good location, if you don't mind older furniture and bathroom facilities. Overall a great experience here.

Anita at front desk was very helpful and very kind

Anita at the front desk was very helpful and very kind. She arranged the tours and transports. She saw to it what we needed in our stay and gave us clear view of city informations. We gave her a tip of $40 and we could had given more for what she deserved. Anita of Victoria hotel was amazing.

The property was conveniently located. We picked this hotel because it stated it had parking. When we got there that was not the case. We spent a lot of extra money having to park in a distant parking garage.

Anita la réceptionniste adorable !!! serviable tout le temps prête a nous aider. les serveurs de la cuisine , super hyper gentils avec nous. un matin il n'y avait plus de croisant et j'ai dit que bon j'étais déçue. ils sont allés en chercher a la boulangerie d'a coté !! Hôtel un peu vieillot , aurait besoin d'être rafraichie. très bel emplacement, proche de tout . nous avons pris une seule fois l'autobus tellement tout pouvait se faire a pied.

More pluses than minuses

This small hotel was a bit hard to find since it's on a back street. The lobby is fresh and modern; the upstairs and rooms are adequate but definitely need an update. The staff was pleasant, helpful and responsive. The breakfast was more than ample if you like a Middle Eastern spread, which I do. The room was small and a bit noisy during the day from traffic and children in the nearby school, but I was mostly out during the day. The location is very close to the Old City and easy to reach by public transportation.
