relaxing stay. Friendly service. Excellent food, grounds and
spa. After an unavoidable small accident at breakfast, staff rushed to assist, note details. Hotel security and the PR manager Jacob took notes and were extremely attentive to feedback even refunding the breakfast charge and giving us a small gift when we checked out. Impressive?"

"The grounds are beautiful. The breakfast that was included was very good. The staff was very nice overall. I loved the gym. It had Zumba, Chinese dance, Afro dance and a sleuth of classes. The elliptical there was excellent & I didn't get to see much else. We did enjoy the pool and Jacuzzi. One negative thing is it seems that the sheets didn't seem to be changed. We were there 9 days."

"Everything about the hotel was outstanding for me! The staff were attentive. When I called about stopper in the tub not working, someone was sent immediately to fix it. The gym is as large and well-equipped, with trainers to assist if needed. The location can’t be beat! Very close to restaurants, the market and Jaffa Gate."
