Apartamento que não corresponde necessariamente às fotos postadas no site Hotels.com. O local é bem localizado, mas o apartamento é muito mal limpo. As cadeiras da mesa estão com as pernas abertas, gerando insegurança ao se sentar. O preço é elevadíssimo para o que realmente o apartamento se mostra na realidade.

Die Unterkunft war gut, die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter nur online und kompliziert. Wir haben explizit ein Hotel mit Parkplatz gebucht, den wir dann nicht bekommen haben. Somit waren wir gezwungen in der Nähe für 100 Schekel pro Tag einen anzumieten. Expedia hat auf eine Anfrage gar nicht geantwortet, Kundenservice in diesem Fall leider miserabel.

So So in Jerusalem

Room was nice overall, but no cable TV working and the mechanism that controls the heat/AC was not working either. If either of these systems are actually functional, we could not figure it out. Lastly, the requested form of communication between myself and the property was poor. I sent email and texts with pertinent information and never received any response. There is nobody to check out with. I’m not sure if my pictures of passport and blue card were received as they are required to avoid some local tax

Pobyt 4 dniowy.

Apartamenty są położone w bardzo atrakcyjnym miejscu. Budynek w którym się mieszczą wyróżnia się na tle nowej Jerozolimy. W apartamencie wszystko jest nowe jednak nasz apartament nie był czysty. Poduszki z zestawu wypoczynkowego na balkonie powinny zostać wyprane, a balustrada balkonu powinna być umyta. Na balkonie lezą mopy i inne graty które powinny być gdzieś schowane. Salon ok jednak nie mogliśmy znaleźć przez dwa dni pilota od TV- okazało się, że był głęboko pod sofą. Kuchnie przydałoby się wyposażyć w ostry nóż. Łazienka mogłaby być czystsza. Sypialnia bez skazy. Największym minusem jest brak miejsca parkingowego.

Son varias torres de apartamentos dedicados en su mayoría al alquiler de turistas Siendo nuevos los apartamentos resultan agradables para una estancia corta ya q recuerden que no asen aseo y al no tenerlo después del tercer do se hace un poco incómodo el lugar Tienen lo básico su ubicación en buena ya q caminando estará en 20 minutos de la ciudad antigua El aseo general del apartamento deja mucho q desear tiene servicios de parqueo pero en esta ocasión no nos dejaron entrara ni nos asignaron parqueo y esto aparecía en la reserva como incluido lo cual nos costó dinero extra para poder parquear

Wohnung super, Service stark verbesserungswürdig

Die Wohnung an sich ist super, Sauberkeit war auch okay. Modern eingerichtete. Die Lage ist auch Top, der Zug ist quasie vor der Haustür. Leider war der Check in nicht so toll. Ich wollte den Vermieter im voraus kontaktieren, die Telefonnummer in der Reservierung scheint jedoch nicht korrekt zu sein. Jedes mal kam ein Anrufbeantworter auf Hebräisch, was ich nicht verstehen kann. Eine Email Adresse war auch nicht hinterlegt. So sind wir am Anreisetag direkt hingefahren. Leider hatte wir keine Info wo wir genau hinmüssen, im Jtower gibt es mehrere Wohnungen von unterschiedlichen Anbietern. Die Security wusste auch nicht bescheid, hat sich jedoch bemüht jemanden zu erreichen. Zusättlich war es kurz vor Shabbat, dann arbeiten die meisten nicht mehr. Ich dachte mir schon, dass ich für die Nacht ein neues Hotel suchen muss, wir hatten ein Kleines Kind dabei. Ich dachte schon, dass wir auf einen Betrüger reingefallen sind, weil uns keiner auskunft geben konnte. Schließlich hat sich der Vermieter dann doch bei der Security gemeldet und uns beschrieben wie wir einchecken konnten. Eigentlich wollte er ubs auch noch ein Babybett besorgen, was auch nicht passiert ist. Insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt dann doch sehr gut gefallen, wenn der Vermieter ein wenig seinen Service verbessert, ist die Wohnung sehr zu empfehlen.

The property is clean. NO parking space available!! If you want a parking space - it costs extra. There are other apartments in Jtower that offer free parking with the apartment, so if you have a car - this might not be the best choice for you. The sofa in the living room opens to a twin-size bed, might not be suitable for large couples. All other things were great. the wifi worked perfectly and the toilet was clean.

Paikka oli sijainniltaan hyvä ja asunto oli tilava ja sisustus moderni ja tyylikäs. Mutta oli tosi vaikea saada yhteyttä mihinkään. Olisin kysynyt myöhäisestä sisääntulosta. Viimein sain puhelinnumeron ebookersilta. Vastaus oli ainoastaan: Send an email, joka tuli vastaussmsänä. Kirjoitin 2 kertaa. 20.8. ei vastausta, mutta maksu oli veloitettu luottokortilta. 29.8. ei vastausta. Soitin 3.9. ja vastaaja totesi, että tulo on seuraavana päivää, mutta puhelu katkesi, ennenkuin mitää ohjetta tuli, jonka sitten saimme ebookersin kautta, joihin olin saanut myös ollut yhteydessä. Asunnon lattia oli hirveän likainen ja keittiötaso ja hella likaisia. Oli veloitettu 160 sekeliä siivouksesta eikä ollut välineitä itse siivota. Asetteja oli 3. Liinavaatteet oli kyllä puhtaita mutta ilmastointi ei toiminut, kuumavesi ei toiminut kuin pari päivää ja kylpyhuoeen valo sammui ja ei ollut mihin valittaa, eikä käyttöohjeitakaan. Ulkoa kuului paljon meteliä öisinkin. Liikenteen (tyyttäilevät paljon, ja on raskasta liikennettä ) ja kadun toisella puolella oli joku paikka missä meluttiin ja laulettiin öisin.

This 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom apartment was absolutely stunning! The views from the apartment are incredible and we all loved standing outside on balcony and views of all of Jerusalem. The apartment is beautiful and clean. Had everything we needed. Gorgeous!!!!

Great place, everything new, and very nice furniture and appliances. Great location. It is a walking distance from many restaurants, and even going to the old city is easy, either walking or taking the tram (just two stops). We were not able to turn on the AC (nor asked the help of the host). But, it was not an issue for us since we always spent the whole day visiting the city, and the apartment was cool at night, even though we went in summer.

L appartement est tout nouveau, une tour moderne, climatisé, calme et bien agencé . Il est tout proche du marché et des transports pour aller dans les principaux endroits Le propriétaire de l appartement n est pas joignable - il passe par le site Wishbox et ne répond pas. Ce site propose de façon intempestive des prestations : taxi, guide, visite .. j ai notamment réservé un taxi par leur intermédiaire qui n est jamais venu. Quand nous les appelons , Wishbox était aux abonnés absents pour nous renseigner - j ai été débité de cette réservation Le propriétaire devrait retirer son appartement de ce site ,- L appartement est équipé de rideaux blancs et sans stores aussi si l on est sensible à la lumière pour dormir on se réveillé très Si vous êtes 6 personnes , il faut bien s organiser L appartement est tout neuf et peut être qu un peu plus d équipement comme la vaisselle serait bien venu . Nous n avons pris que les petits déjeuners dans l appartement -

Expedia and the owner failed us. We arrived at the property but no one knew what unit was " confirmed". We spent 2 1/2 hours in the lobby trying to figure out where to go. Eventually the person, I guess came and gave us a key to a unit. We were not given a wifi code, tv explained or really any instructions. Did not even know his name. We had to go to the front desk and find out his name and a phone number. The building is beautiful and the apartment was nice but we did not get full usage because we received no orientation to the property other than how to turn on the shower heat.

Nice place, horrible stay

I can say that the property is in a great location next to the Shouk. It is also a nice, new building and is furnished cleanly and simply. There were a few not so great things. It was impossible to reach someone before our arrival (no one answered Whatsapp number). This is not a hotel, there is no desk. Upon our arrival, the building was unlocked and there is no doorman or security (description says front door is closed with a code). We arrived to the unit and there was no AC, weather being 101 degrees Farenheit. We were told it could not be fixed for 3 nights due to Shabbat holiday, or move and move back again once fixed. There should have been someone able to fix it, and we shouldn't have been this inconvenienced for their issue. Arriving after a 12 hour flight, to another time zone, to a boiling hot apartment where we could not sleep for 2 days, really set our trip off to a terrible start. No concessions, refunds, etc, were made.
