最初入り口が何処かわからず迷いましたが、丁度だれか出てくるタイミングで入ることができました。事前に施設への入り方をスタッフと確認しておくことをおすすめします。 チェックインは、スタッフでなく、別のお客さんが代わりに確認して教えてくれて助かりました。ホステルでの良さは満喫できました。

Amazing room and staff! Felt so welcome! There was only one review on Expedia when I booked it but there are hundreds of reviews on other sites that are near 5 stars and I couldn’t agree more! I’ll be back next time I’m in Jerusalem.

There are two problems that overshadow any positives about this place. I did not receive any information about check-in procedures prior to my arrival. When I arrived I found out that a code is needed to enter the property and there is no one who answers the doorbell. I got in when some guests opened the door to leave. The reception was empty. There were lockboxes on the wall, so I understood that I need to get information on my capsule number and lockbox code. There is one mobile phone number for contact. It is only for Whatsapp messaging - no answer when calling. Once I contacted them via Whatsapp, it took them some time to give me my information, with no explanation. The next morning I spoke with the man at reception who told me that I received from Expedia the information needed to enter the place (which I did not) but that the code for my capsule lockbox I should have received by phone, but Expedia does not provide them with the guest's phone number. No apology. I stayed for two nights. The first night was very good. On the second night there were loud voices and thuds from somewhere near my capsule at around 11 pm. I sent a message on Whatsapp asking that they take care of the nuisance. They replied a half hour later, some time after the guests left their room (I heard their conversation clearly). The answer I received after a half hour was "I need you to tell me from where the noise is coming from or who it is and I will be able to take care of it"...

The staff of male constantly told me he is not working when that day was Saturday the Shabbat stated, but before that Shabbat started, a woman staff did not give the key that can open the front door, she also didn’t give me the door code to open the door. Nor even tell me the coffee was available. Shabbat is not something that couldn’t simply answer question by one few words if you operate a hostel business for public to use it in Shabbat time. At least the person of male should not be in business if he would declare he is the person would keep observation as Shabbat request. The problem is you can keep to observe the rules of Shabbat, then you should ask the management to arrange others to cover, or you make note your hotel in Shabbat with no service for guests. You could not take guests with money while no service for services.

In my honest view and experience as a guest for 15 nights (mini capsule) in January 2026, this hostel would pass as nearly "average" for its shared communal facilities and reception staff hospitality. No windows to see sunshine on waking mornings. Be very careful not to be "lured" by the reception manager into a presumed "affordable" "deal" if you book directly with them (outside of Expedia) to either extend your stay or return to stay. If you do and you pay a deposit and your plans change, and you CANCEL & REQUEST A REFUND with reasonable advance notice, YOUR MONEY IS GONE FOREVER! YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR MONEY BACK!!!
