We stayed at this hotel for a total of 5 nights and couldn’t be happier with our experience. The rooms and hotel are super clean and the staff is very friendly. They also have a restaurant with excellent food. The hotel is at a walking distance to many shops and the old city.

Comfortable hotel near Old Jerusalem

I enjoyed staying at this hotel which was both comfortable and in a great location. I could walk to see many sites in or near Old Jerusalem. The staff was helpful in arranging taxis or an airport shuttle when needed.

Cute little hotel in the heart of East Jerusalem. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and shared a lot of tips and information about the area and how to get to different neighborhoods in East Jerusalem and other cities around Palestine.

Cozy hotel close to old town

I loved staying at this hotel! Very clean, quiet, staff were all friendly and helpful. The restaurant was great, too. I tried sambousek and kifta, which were both delicious! I also tried Palestinian beer. You can walk to Herod's Gate, bus stop to/from Allenby Bridge, bus terminal to Bethlehem etc. Would stay here again.

This is an assessment of the All Seasons Hotel Jerusalem. I did not stay in Azzahra Hotel and was relocated on short notice. All Seasons Hotel is clean, well kept with friendly staff. The location was great for visiting Holy Sepulchre during the easter weekend. Jerusalem is hilly without public transport on Sabbath. I never felt unsafe walking the area. Additionally there is a nice garden restaurant at the neighbour hotel.

wonderful place

Very friendly, lovely place. The room was spacious enough for us and our 2 kids. The beds were superb and everything was very clean. The breakfast was abundant and the restaurant serves great food. We also liked the neighbourhood.

Nice hotel with thick walls and high ceiling. Tried also the restaurant which offer nice local food. Just make sure you ask for no smoking area. Very helpful at the reception for any information you need. Short walking from old Jerusalem gate. I'd recommend it

L'établissement est caché dans une ruelle. Mais refait à neuf. Les chambres sont ok. Le petit déjeuner est très correct. L'hôtel a aussi un restaurant. La nourriture est délicieuse. Le personnel est agréable, souriant, toujours prêt à rendre service. L'hôtel est à à peine 7 minutes de marche de la vieille ville(Herod's Gate). Possibilité d'un paking pas loin

An engaging small hotel in renovated Ottoman-period mansion away from the highly touristic West Jerusalem. Easy walking distance to the Old City (Damascus Gate) and good public transportation (light rail, bus, taxis). The rooms clean and comfortable. An excellent breakfast buffet and wonderful restaurant with delicious Palestinian specialties as well as international cuisine.

Dobra baza wypadowa do zwiedzania Jerozolimy.

Hotel świetnie położony w pobliżu starej Jerozolimy. Pokój świeżo po remoncie,czyściutko,przyjemnie.Dobrze działający internet. Na minus natomiast zasługują serwowane śniadania. Jak na Izrael to raczej skromna oferta. Ogólnie jednak polecam ten hotel.

This hotel is not good. Room was clean but air-conditioning didn't work and it was cold and couldn't sleep. The staff promised that they would fix it, but the air conditioner was not fixed the next day. On the third day I couldn't patience and left the hotel. I found a cheap, spacious, air-conditioned hotel nearby. I should have stay in Holyland continuously from the beginning. Jerusalem's sightseeing is great, but if the hotel is bad, the trip to Israel will be spoiled. Be careful because room 115 is cold. Another important thing. Hotel Wi-Fi was cut off on the Sabbath.
