「The hotel staff was above and beyond. Each time we requested anything it was brought as soon as we requested it. We had a suite room and it was very nice and convenient. Having a full kitchen is great when you want to sleep in without having to catch a breakfast schedule we just made our own breakfast when we got up. One of the things that I and my husband had a problem with is the bed. It was very hard and uncomfortable. The bed could stand to use some more padding. I had to request two...

「the toilet and floor didn't clean. We booked four rooms and didn't sleep there , we booked another hotel instead of stay in Tropicana 」

「The hotel is really old, which probably explains the poor soundproofing. The bedding was also super uncomfortable, so I didn’t sleep well at all. Worse, I woke up with red rashes all over my body. Compared to other hotels nearby, this place is just not worth the price. Definitely wouldn’t recommend it. 」
