「Property is very new, it just opened 2 weeks ago. It is on the boardwalk, it is rather far from the good part of the boardwalk but nonetheless it’s very close to the beach. The staff was very kind and very accommodating.」

「Property is in better condition than other properties on LBI and seems they’ve been maintaining for a few years now. Exterior noise is reasonably good seeing that it’s right at the main bridge onto LBI. Kids running down the hallway and overhead a bit more intrusive. Happy to have a solid hotel in such a highly seasonal location and that they seem to be maintaining it to a higher standard than other properties on the island.」
