"Absolutely fabulous hotel!! Took my son on a trip to NYC for his 18th birthday, it was a first time for both of us , so I went off of other reviews and we were not disappointed. The location was on point, just a 5 min walk to the PATH train that takes you right into NYC world trade center subway station in just a few short minutes. The hotel was super clean, quiet, smelled lovely, modern, having the kitchen was a nice bonus. Jersey City itself was lovely to walk around in. There was a Whole Foods not far if you needed anything, lots of food choices to chose from to eat out at or bring back to hotel room. We felt safe in both cities and honestly, cannot wait to come back. I've already recommended this hotel to several friends and will happily book here again on our next visit!! Shout out to the front desk staff, they were so very kind and helpful no matter who was up front in guiding us around the city and where to catch the trains!! We would highly recommend staying here if you don't want to stay in the "big city" as it was so very easy to get there and didn't take very long at all."

"Very clean room. Terrible bed, terrible pillows. Also asked for early check in and when I got there they told me I would be charged for it which was never told prior. So I had to wait 2 hours bc I didn’t want to wait or pay bc I was never told. That’s not right. "
