「Everything so good so far!」

「We stayed in a newly renovated room and the front desk attendant explained that the contractor was going back through some of the rooms to catch anything unfinished. The restaurant in the hotel was convenient and has reasonable prices. This hotel is conveniently located to the Offut Air Force Base and has direct access to a nice bike path that we used during our three night stay. This hotel provided the best stay for the money on our eight nights of travel.」

「We booked a king suite and were told when we arrived that they overbooked and would 2 queens be ok. Well, not really, but what choice did we have? We stayed 4 nights and were given one set of towels each. Then we were told that if we wanted any clean towels we would have to wash them ourselves or ask for more, but our room was never serviced while we were there. The disposal was broken and leaked water all over the floor so we could not use the kitchen sink or wash dishes. The full sized...

「Upon arriving around 4:45pm, they were still actively cleaning the rooms we were assigned(requested adjourning rooms). We waited roughly 30 minutes before we could get into our rooms. Once in the rooms, the floors weren’t swept the best and sheets smelled cleaned, but had some stains and there was a dark, coarse hair on one bed. I called and talked to the front desk and they sent the cleaning ladies up and they promptly got new sheets for the beds. The pool was okay. Breakfast the next morning...

「The lady at the front desk tried to keep my deposit because some kids, not mine were smoking weed and driving fast through the parking lot. My kids are 7, 11, 14. None of them drive. Luckily I threatened the police and I got my deposit back」
