"Mi è stata data la camera nr 2 al piano terra; è la camera a fianco dell'entrata dell'hotel le cui porte sbattono sino a mezzanotte e ri-sbattono dalle 06.30. Impossibile dormire. È una camera che non si dovrebbe offrire. La struttura più che 'romantica' è fatiscente. Prezzo, staff e location ottimi. Peccato non riuscire a dormire."

"It would have been good to have instructions on how to enter the indoor parking facility. It was a shame also that the charging stations were not operational although advertised as available online. There was no option to check out on the self service screen at the reception."

"This is a nice Swiss hotel. The shower is very small by American standards and there is no air conditioning. If it is unusually hot that would be an issue. It is clean and well appointed. I have stayed several times and will do so again. "

"Charming hotel. Staff was very nice and conversational. It felt like the real Swiss German experience, not some tourist trap. It's a pretty old building with no air conditioning, but is very charming. Breakfast is pretty basic, but the staff made an effort, even providing American style filter coffee. Cars are loud on the nearby road, you'll need to close the windows."

"Beautiful room with a fantastic view, just what we needed. The room has everything already thought of for you, down to the little details. And only 13 minutes away on the tram from the centre, which is free for those staying, so overall ideal and exceeded expectations. "
