It’s a second year I am visiting this resort. It’s absolutely gorgeous. The staff are amazing, specially Mr. Kemal.

Shuttle from ferry is needed
They upgraded our room so we had a mini suite and it was nice. Beachfront is difficult to enter the water. Go to the beach to the left as you face the water. Pool is very small for a larger resort. Buffet had a lot of choices but the a lot of the same food for all three meals (many breakfast items that we would consider lunch or dinner). Most buffet hot items were cold by the time you served yourself, even if you were there at the start. We enjoyed the wine on tap! Biggest issue for us is the lack of transportation to the hotel. An all inclusive hotel should offer a free shuttle from the ferry. We've stayed at many over the years and they always had transportation included so we found this frustrating. It costs us 30 Euro for a 10 minute taxi from the Stari Grad ferry dock to the resort. It is relatively isolated so this really should be offered all inclusive.
Family resort, all inclusive type so kids everywhere, mad rush to buffet etc, you know the type.
Single bedroom was a child bed, not comfortable at all. Super noisy neighbours / not sure of sound proofing between rooms, if any.
Friendly and accommodating reception staff.
I read some reviews before booking. Some complained about the food which made me hesitate before I booked,
Either they have improved the food or we have different standards. Because the food was great for being one of these all inclusive places.
They did also a good job at keeping us safe from madame Corona.
So over all we had a very nice stay.

Lovely hotel with great views through pine trees.
Location is brilliant - tucked away, but walking distance to Vrboska.
We only had B&B, so can't comment on dinner food, but breakfast was very good, maybe apart from cappuccino ;)
Staff was very helpful.
We are planning to go back next year.
Note:
Disable people or those with prams might find it difficult to get to some areas, as the hotel has been built on a hill.
First of all, the Staff isn't really friendly and they don't speak english very well..
Even if the rooms are beautiful and very clean, I wouldn't recommend the hotel to others. It's far away of everything and you basically don't have other possibilities for lunch/dinner. Lunch is ok, Breakfast and dinner wasn't as good as expected. Actually I had a Caterpillar in my salad (I know, it's something that can happen (but it shoulnd't)), as I told it to one of the staff, they just took away my plate without saying anything..?! Not even "I'm sorry"..
Mooi gelegen hotel aan rustige baai met privaat strandje in bosrijke omgeving. Op wandelafstand van haventje met restaurants. Taxiboot mogelijk voor nachtelijke terugvaart naar hotel. Uitgebreid ontbijt. Kamer met alle comfort inclusief goede WiFi. Gratis parking.
Overall good but everything is an extra - even the towels... maybe as a Canadian, I’m not used to that: having to pay for fresh beach towels
Breakfast was good
Parking was crowded
We stayed here for 3 nights. The room was basic and clean when we arrived, but they never cleaned our room during our stay. They only fixed the bed and changed the towels. They did not take out the trash or gave us new glasses which I think was very bad. The breakfast was not very good. We never tried the dinner at the hotel - we went to Jelsa and Vrboska to have dinner instead. Both towns are super nice!
The first day we tried the swimming facilities at the hotel but the next day we wanted to try something else as the facilities at the hotel wasn’t the best. I can really recommend Maslinica Beach (be there early if you want a good spot!).
