다소 오래된 건물임은 어쩔 수 없지만,
관리가 잘되어서 꽤 만족스러움.
뭣보다 근처에 유명한 해장국집이 있는데, 창문으로 사람들 줄서있는거 보임.
도보5분도 안걸림.

Wonderful experience
The room was very clean and had a great view from the balcony. Due to the bad weather, I was not sure if the flight would take off or not so I checked out after 3pm. The hotel didn't charge me any extra fees and even informed me about my flight status time to time. The employees were friendly and welcoming. There was a good safety measures to avoid the spread of COVID-19. I had a great stay and next time I visit Jeju, I'm gonna definitely stay at Pacific again. Thank you for your great service.

90년대 고급호텔 느낌입니다. 그래도 부족한 점 모르겠고 뷰도 좋고 위치도 좋고 방도 안락하고 엔틱한 느낌이었습다.

호텔 연식이 있는 만큼 시설이 세련되지 않았으나 거기에 맞게 깔끔하고 청결했음
비수기 저녁에 1박2일 이라 한가 했었지만 호텔에 들어 설때의 첫 느낌은 차분하면서 편안한 분위기 였다
1층에서 연세드신 지배인 같은분의 미소가 더 펀안하게 맞아 준거 같다

位置方便，樓下對面就是7-11，有免費停車位，房間遠望海景。唯一不足的是房間比較舊，我們入住房間的洗手間門鎖壞了，通知前台後便立即幫我們換了房間。謝謝前台的阿珠媽幫忙。

동문 서문 시장에 가깝고 새 건물은 아니지만 깔끔하고 친절하네요. 유명한 맛집도 가깝고 주변이 조용합니다.

宜彈性處理問題
房間大，附近多食肆。酒店規定不可帶外賣食物內進，這是可理解的。碰巧一天是友人的生日，早上問酒店可否帶個生日蛋糕替朋友慶祝，得到的答覆也是不批准。這有點欠彈性！

Please refer to my reply in my earlier respond. We were cheated of the breakfast being not inclusive upon check-in. Our booking with you was inclusive in the first place.

이호텔이 5성이라구요? 헐!!!
호텔들어서면서 예약이 안되었다고 말하는 직원들의 말을 듣고 순간 황당했음.
직원이 예약시스템에 대해 전혀 교육이 되어 있지 않은것 같고
서비스가 너무 안좋음..
조식을 포함했는데 조식이 포함안되었다고 룸전화로 연락하고,,,,따졌더니 거지동냥하듯 준다함.
2박을 했는데 먹는물은 첫날 입실시에만 준다고 하네요...다음날 물좀 더달라 했더니 호텔측규정이라는...
물도 안주는 별5개 호텔???
다시는 이호텔 이용하고 싶지 않습니다.

シャワー使用時、バスタブの形状が原因で、バスタブの外にあふれやすく、バスマットがびしょびしょになってしまった。それ以外は快適に過ごせた。

맘에 든 호텔...
가족여행으로가서 첫 날 묵었던 숙소...
아이와 함께여서 청결과 주변에 가볼만한 곳 도 꽤 많이 신경쓰면서 찾았다.
근처 재래시장도 있고 맛있는 밥집도 있어 오랬동안 기억에 남을 곳이라 생각이 든다.
