프론트 직원 교육이 필요합니다.
호텔 시설 자체는 좋으나 프론트 직원의 응대가 매우 불쾌했음 체크인 시에 직원의 계산 실수로 두번이나 결제를 다시 하게 만들었고 객실에 키를 놔두고 나오는 바람에 프론트 방문했을 때는 직원 표정이 완전 일그러지는게 보일 정도로 매우 불친절했음. 그외에 수영장이라던가 레스토랑 등은 만족하며 이용했음
