Hotel simply needed some TLC, from the entry point with the broken column to the room which was marginally acceptable (curtains did not close well) to the 'canned' hot breakfast, to coffee carafes that did not work. For being there for a State Senior Bowling Tournament there wasn't much there. Almost everything opened at 4pm and even the casino was a little off. We finally found the Chinese Restaurant open after 1pm to eat lunch. Was very disappointing.
Loved the uptown little boutiques and coffee shops.
Beautiful town. Great Midwest charm.
