「I was locked out of my apartment at 12, electronic key failed and nobody to help until morning, checked into a hotel nearby and paid for the night. Had an apology in the morning for the inconvenience but was not offered any compensation for a terrible night. Electronic doors fail and no back up, beware coming back after 11 , you get no help if you have a problem. I paid at the nearby hotel where I had to stay until morning. And was not offered any compensation for that or my distressful night.」

「Access to the Parking Via a Car Lift - unless you have a mini this is a challenging experience at any time of the day. No Hot Water. More Like a 2 star. Bed not made up for children. Broken door leading to the garden so not safe. Cheap.」
