My experience at the hotel was overall good, but there were a few issues that impacted our stay.
The room had an unpleasant odor, the shower drain was clogged, and the door squeaked loudly every time it closed. Additionally, the itinerary provided had some misleading information—it stated that restaurants closed at 11 PM, but the hibachi restaurant actually closed at 10 PM. As a result, we had to either take an 8-minute cab ride or walk 20 minutes just to find something to eat.
With a few improvements, this could have been a much better experience.
