「Staffs were very friendly and helpful 」

「The overall experience was good, but with few exceptions. The rooms are neat and clean, but the washrooms could be better. However, I was really taken by surprise when found that they had closed/locked the property main doors (Gates) after night and it’s hard to go out for a walk and return back if require. Never had any previous experience where the hotel locks up the guests at night.」

「I was a bit sceptical when I made the booking, especially because the reviews I read before I made the booking weren’t very supportive. But from the time we arrived until the time we checked out, we could say that the reviews were totally wrong.
