「Zimmer mit Balkon nicht sonderlich groß, aber für eine Woche okay! Bad mit Badewanne , in welche man über eine Art Treppe einsteigen musste, gewöhnungsbedürftig ! Frühstück war sehr gut, aber abends im Restaurant relativ teuer! Und nur mit Reservieren, spontan kaum ein Tisch frei! 」

「À améliorer : Changer les serviettes de douche et de plage tous les jours ( séjour du 11/02 au 17/02 jamais de serviettes changer!!)
Le petit bassin est à refaire car très sale au niveau des skimmer et le liner qui gondole( sur 6 jours je me suis trempé juste les pieds 1 fois!!)
La machine café, le café est tiède et non chaud.
Le restaurant: manque terriblement de choix

「Charmant petit hôtel bien placé au Gosier en dehors des zones trop touristiques. Une bulle de calme autour d’un magnifique jardin avec piscine. Repris depuis quelques mois par ses nouveaux propriétaires qui apporte une touche familiale à l’endroit. On ressent leur volonté de reprendre en main cet établissement qui le mérite.」

「J’étais dans le logement Amandier, le plus petit mais déjà très spacieux.
Équipement simple mais suffisant, décoration sympa, c’était parfait pour 4 nuits !
Stécy et Hendrick sont adorables et réactifs.
La piscine est top, tout comme le spa. Tout ça est idéal pour se relaxer. J’y retournerai volontiers !

Pour ce qui est de l'accueil, à revoir : 4 appels avec impossibilité de laisser un message. Pas de réponse aux messages envoyés sur hotels.com. C'est plutôt à l'établissement de s'enquérir sur les difficultés du client, et non pas en envoyant automatiquement des Sms indiquant que l'accueil est fermé...」

「Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was excellent and a great value for the money. Private beach was definitely a bonus and was very clean. I would have liked to have washcloths and hair conditioner in the room. Note that if you are planning activities, most of the attractions are a 1 hr 40 minute drive (I.e. La Soufriere, les chutes du Carbet). Highly recommend!」

「The property needs to be upgraded. The furniture on the balcony was dingy and unattractive. The tiles on the perimeter of the balcony as moldy.

「The hotel itself was very clean with good facilities but our room would have benefitted from a bit of modernisation and tlc. Our room had a lovely view overlooking the garden. The food served was fresh and varied. Overall a good base to explore Guadeloupe 」
