「Welcoming host, clean room」

「Good location. Close to motorway but also easy to access Reims via the tram system. Staff friendly. Breakfast was reasonable value. Hot food choice limited. 」

「First of all, I would like to thank the lady working at the reception on New Year’s Eve for her friendly and wonderful welcome. As for the hotel, it was one of the most unhealthy nights of sleep I’ve ever had. I am aware that the hotel is ibis Budget, meaning a low-budget hotel. But what they consider a pillow in the room cannot possibly be a pillow! It’s a rag that threatens human health! The bed is the same. I’m not talking about luxury or even comfort!! I’m talking about the most basic items...

「We were not aware that the breakfast service was temporarily closed. We did not receive any information or notification about this in advance. We would have appreciated being informed beforehand, as this affected our plans during our stay.」

「Fantastic hotel with very welcoming staff. Lovely play area for little kids. Great character to the hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. Easy to find, plenty of parking and lots of useful amenities nearby.」

「Personnel courtois. Pièce à l'accueil correcte, bien décorée mais chambre et ascenseur vieillissants, mise à part, une bonne literie. Nous y sommes allés un samedi et à deux pas se trouve un bar-club dont les clients finissent la nuit sous les fenêtres de l'hôtel. Nous reviendrons certainement sur Reims dans cet hôtel au prix raisonnable mais pas un week-end.」

「The room was good size for one person. The tram is just basically next to the hotel. takes about 30min to go to the old town.」

「Sauberes Zimmer, gutes Frühstück gegen Aufpreis. Das Hotel ist grundrenoviert worden, liegt fußläufig zur Altstadt von Reims und ist auch mit dem Auto sehr gut von der Autobahn erreichbar. Parken in der Tiefgarage für 20 Euro ist OK. Einziger Punkt der uns nicht gefallen hat waren die Matratzenschoner aus Plastik, mit denen man nachts stark schwitzt. Ansonsten ein schöner Aufenthalt. 」
