「Not so good,because I'm booked the hotel that I think it is very near from the airport,but,we have big problem to go to the airport,and we finally took a taxi by ourselves, In fact,far from the airport,if you want to go to the airport,I suggest you not to live this hotel,not convenient.」

「ポルトガルのポルトから飛行機で到着、翌日の午前便に搭乗するため、このホテルに泊まりました。空港への到着がホテルの送迎バスがない時間帯（１９時～２０時）だったのでバス待ち時間が長かったです。Uber利用も考えましたが、距離の割に高かったのでバスを待ちました。 ホテルは清潔・快適で居心地がよかったです。マドリード中心部へは距離がありますが、空港利用の前泊もしくは後泊で利用するならおすすめです。 」

「The staff at this hotel was excellent! We did not speak enough Spanish to order delivery food or a taxi to the airport. The staff were extremely kind in helping us with both of these things and just made for an overall extremely pleasant and quick stay. 」

「Room was clean and staff were very helpful. The location was on a university campus so that was interesting. They were having an event so did not get to try the restaurant. There was a cafeteria nearby on the campus where one could get a meal. I had rented a plug-in hybrid car and they had two chargers there for use for free which wad a nice amenity. I chose it so I could be close to Madrid airport for my flight home. Overall it was a nice place and would recommend it.」
