"We came back for the third time at this hotel. We love it there so much. The staff is great. - Everything is clean. - The king mattress is so comfortable. - No dog barking. - Handy customer service. - We called in the middle of the night and it was easy to do a check-in at 2 am, which was very helpful at that moment. - This neighborhood is very safe. - Luna, Daisy and Darwin are our highlight, as they are welcoming people and care about costumers. The breakfast is ok and could be improved as it's very simple ( adding more fruits, better coffee, tortillas, chilero). The pool could be better maintained but was ok to swim in it. We definitely recommend that hotel and we will come back again every time we go in Managua. Catarine and Dany"

"I like the hotel because it is in a quite street in Managua and there are noises of traffic (no car, buses, trucks and no hocking) and best of all no roosters in the morning either. Nice, friendly and helpfully front desk staff. Love the idea of having orange juice with vodka at the front desk for the guest."

"Nos encantó nuestra estadía, sobre todo el buen trato de Guadalupe. El día que nos marchábamos nos preparó el desayuno antes de la hora estipulada. El hotel está muy centralizado y bonito. La piscina es un “plus” ya que Granada es caliente."

"The staff at the hotel [Oscar, Arturo, Vladimir and the women whose name unfortunately I do not know] were amazing. They were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. I felt safe and comfortable the entire time I was there. I highly recommend. The parking on site is also very secure, you park your car overnight behind a closed gate. Breakfast is also always made fresh and delicious."
