「Very disappointing experience at The Grand Ambassador. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. They don’t know how to talk to guests respectfully, and the service was terrible from start to finish. I expected basic manners and hospitality, but this hotel completely failed. I would never visit this hotel again and would not recommend it to anyone. Worst behavior by hotel staff.」
