"I really loved this hotel - amazing location and the room was nice and big for Hong Kong. There was so much storage and it was really well designed. I Loved that there was a desk area and next to it a little bench to sit and with space to put your shoes underneath. More storage around the safe / fridge area with shelves for bits and bobs. bed was a bit hard but you could request a mattress topper (the red a sign by the bed to say contact house keeping). the room was so quiet despite its convenient location and I lived my view out from the 30/f. I’m already planning to stay here again! "

"Clean room with lots of amenities. Great location with restaurants/ markets within walking distance. Staffs are friendly and really helpful. House keeping is at top nod services. Well definitely come back if we visit HK again."

"We had a great stay at Motto. Reception was so helpful and kind. Steve went above and beyond to help us. Housekeeping did a great job of providing whatever we needed. Room was very clean, and clever use of drawers was handy. The shower was great. We would highly recommend!"

"Room after upgrade was spacious. However, bottle water is $12 each. Only got a restaurant which has no price listed. Looks expensive. Location is not very convenient. Staff were not very friendly. Check-out has to wait till they finished inspection. Didn’t advise about shuttle service. Only found out by oneself when stepping out the premise after check out & saw the line up, then checked with those guests. Would not come back again."

"Door lock and toilet door lock is broken. Entrance to property has bad smell. Amenities has only shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. There is no shower cap and others."
