"I was extremely happy with my choice of hotel. The room was so big and spacious, beautiful balcony with the best sunrise view. The hotel and the rooms are so nice and clean. The pool is beautiful and well maintained. The bsthroom was also very big and extremely clean. The bed was comfortable. And Robert was so nice and welcoming. I can’t wait to go back to Zanzibar & would a 100% book this hotel in Jambiani !!"

"I had assumed incorrectly that Zanzistar was on the beach, so when I arrived, I was really disappointed. I felt claustrophobic in the garden which is surrounded on all sides by high fences. Passion Boutique Hotel Zanzibar - Adults Only

"Firstly, I cannot praise Madalina the hotel manager enough. She is an absolute asset to the hotel with the best management skills I have come across in my many years of travel around the world. Very attentive, always making sure you are happy and have everything you could possibly need without feeling intrusive. The hotel aesthetics are beautiful and the property is extremely well maintained with staff always making sure there are high levels of cleanliness. Wonderful food (thanks to the great chefs) with a daily lunch and dinner specials board along with their standard menu, so, you will never get bored. The breakfast is very tasty with a wide selection of options for all. You are also able to order more than 1 item if you are feeling extra hungry. The waiting staff are lovely and friendly, service with a huge smile. We booked transfers to various attractions and airport transfers. The company used by the hotel made us feel safe and the drivers very friendly. The hotel is right on the beach, with a beautiful sandbank which you can walk to about 1 km out at low tide. If you are looking for a relaxed, low key stay. This boutique hotel and the Jambiani area is for you. I hope this little bit of paradise remains that way for many more years to come."

"Everything about our stay was perfect. We wanted somewhere quiet where we could relax and enjoy the sun on our last days in Zanzibar and Villa Bluu delivered that and more! "Jabali was such a lovely place to stay! I especially loved the little porch area in front of my room. It was the perfect spot to just sit, relax, and enjoy the quiet. The pool area was really nice, and the beach is only a 2–3 minute walk away. The staff was wonderful and incredibly helpful. They arranged transportation and guides for both my trip to Stone Town and my ferry trip to Dar es Salaam, where a guide was waiting for me when I arrived on mainland Tanzania. One of the things that really stood out was the care they showed from the very beginning. When I was arriving late, they checked in to see what I wanted for dinner so they could have it ready for me when I got there. That kind of thoughtfulness continued throughout my stay. Everyone was so lovely and made my stay comfortable and easy. I would absolutely recommend Jabali and would happily stay there again!"

"Recently stayed here and everything was better than I could have imagined. From check in through our stay everything was just amazing. The staff were all helpful, special thanks to Wada ( always interacting with all guests and always smiling), Joshua, Kevin can't thanks you all enough for making our stay more than amazing. The staff danced for me on my birthday and gave me a suprise cake. Even though it rained they still danced out in the rain. Made my day so so amazing and special. Thank you again. The accommodation was clean and located in a good and wonderful are. Close to local shops and then getting the free shuttle to the sister hotel was lovely. Many Thanks to you all."

"Relaxed beyond words during our stay @ Blue Reef. This place is a vibe…chill. Luxuries abound in our rooms (we stayed in the apartment). So much space for our family of 4 to really spread out and regroup after a week of safari in northern Tanzania. Snorkeling right from the hotel was perfect for the kids. The breakfasts were spot on for everyone in our group of picky eaters to find their favorites…GREAT COFFEE!!! The staff is laid back and welcoming while also taking care of business. We’ll be back!"
