Staff were very friendly, spoke English, and organised a taxi. Very near Gambi train station. Comfy bed, shower had hot water. Drinking water available. Air con noisy, but acceptable, kept the room cool. Food, shop and bar nearby.

The room was clean and comfortable. The accommodation is basic but everything you need is there including a comfortable bed and quiet environment. There is a mini market and restaurant next to the reception. No complaints as the room rate was very reasonable.

Great location but needs refurbishing
The hotel was ok and surrounding area is very convenient. Plenty of places to eat just downstairs in the complex and swimming pool next doors. Price is very reasonable. Unfortunately Rooms are very old and windows and roller blinds are not closing properly. Shower needs a good clean - black mold inbetween tiles apparent. Good transit point but difficult for longer stay.

The hotel was clean and the air conditioning was cold. There was bottled water available and the staff was very friendly. We were in a non-smoking room and it was nice. Would gladly stay here again.

Reliable and convenient
Everything went smoothly during my stay, the room was small but comfortable, and there is a good cafe downstairs and a superb swimming pool behind the hotel. Definitely will return.

Cheap hotel that is bearable to live in.
The staff great you nicely. There seem to be cleaning staff on site doing daily inspections. The bed was also quite comfy, and a decent size for the price I paid for the accommodation. You get a nice amount of space to put your things and stretch your legs. However, the facilities themselves are not fantastic. The corridor on my floor smelt horrible (floor 2: non-smoking). The shower was dated (noisy and sometimes sprayed water out unevenly. The TV definition was also underwhelming. The elevators had a lingering smell. For example, one elevator smelt like a McMuffin for the 3 nights I stayed there. The key card would stop working occasionally after being placed in my wallet over the course of a day.

Amazing staff!
The staff were absolutely amaxing. They were attentive and helpful from the start. They even helped us try book train tickets and gave us travel advice. The hotel is a definite budget hotel and the corridors definitely have that feel. We ended up on a smoking floor which wasn't ideal but the staff did their best to make the room smell nice and it was fine for our 2 night stay. They also assisted in calling us a taxi. There are restaurants in the same building although with limited variety for vegetarians. There is a convenience store as well which is great to get snacks, noodles and they even have hot water for a budget friendly noodlet dinner. The hotel has a seating area downstairs where you can also gave complimentary tea. Overall a good transit stay.

budget... non-smokers in disadvantage
I stayed on the 6th floor the only level for non-smokers room. Because of the constant noise, sounds like hot water boiler, we asked the hotel for another room. They replied, that all rooms on the floor are affected by the sound, and it is the only one non-smokers level. The level below are all for smokers. The pros: can open window, pool view is the best. cons: television weak signal, room size okay only for sleeping, not much space left.

Expected better
Probably an old hotel converted into IBIS, facilities were okay and clean but room was kind of plain. TV signal was bad and only one small window. City center, 10min walk from Cikini station.

This hotel is definitely not worth the money we paid for it. The corridors and rooms have a weird, seedy feel to them with neon green lighting as you walk in. Although the room was clean the bathroom was tiny. You can have a shower whilst sat on the loo and the sink is not even in the bathroom - it's in the bedroom. There were also insects walking around in the bathroom. On the other hand, the staff were friendly and spoke great English. The hotel is also in a great, central location so it was relatively easy to get around.
