Great place to star near serpong

Great awesome location connecting with the hub shopping center and provide food, play games location, restaurant and supermarket. There is coffee shop as well rumah kopi very nice. The breakfast quite good and yummy.

Great staff, amazing location.

Fantastic place, great staff. Breakfast was second to none, but make sure you take it next to the pool as it’s not advised at check-in that this is also available. There’s a minimart downstairs, and it surrounded by great massage options on the main road. The only problem, my room did have a slight stink of sewage, and I rarely noticed it anywhere else. I didn’t bring it to their attention because what can I do really. Overall, I would happily stay here again.

Air conditioning around the elevator is not working properly. Communication is not good enough because the language barrier, but that’s understandable. Overall is a great place to stay for a few days.

I stayed here ever since first time I found out this property, back then the hot water last 5 mins, but I like the area so I stayed regardless the hot water only last about 5 mins. This time the stay is horrible. People party at 3AM, moldy room (which I don’t really care), hot water that still last only for 5 mins, and the last straw is the F&B Manager William that made me cancel the rest of my stay here. My wife only drink soy milk and I got it for the past couple days I stayed. Today I asked 3 different people and was told that they will check if they have it or not. No one ever gotten back to me until I finished my breakfast and waiting for the drink only to be told that they needed to charge me for it. I asked the same manager for it at the beginning and after asking 3 times only to be told to pay. My wife and I ended up not getting it and they lost customer. They should have told me from the first day so I don’t have to spend my money here for bad experience. What a joke. You keep your soy milk, I ma keep my money from you. Btw thanks for coming to the room and apologized, but that’s too late. You have ruined our experience here.

外観は綺麗だったけど....

サービスアパートメントタイプの新しいホテルなので見た目は綺麗です が ルームサービス(清掃 備品補充)がいい加減で 補充されていなかったりで 少し不快に思いました。 また各部屋にコンセントが少なく 特に真ん中のツインベッドルームには1個もなく たいへん過ごしにくい部屋でした。 立地はいいけど 次回泊まるかは分かりません
