I give 3 1/2 stars out of 5 stars.

The Curtain of the window was broken, it cannot covered the window all the way and the curtain looks so old. The room looks clean and the air conditioner is working good. The service from reservation desk and the security were nice.

This hotel is good if you're on a tight budget. There were some areas of uncleanliness but it can be overlooked if you lower your expectations. The pictures of the hotel are much brighter than real life. Would I come back again? If I were staying alone and on a very tight budget, this isn't a bad choice. But the prices of other options nearby aren't too far off

No need to worry about drink water

Nice simple hotel, good location near shopping mall. Drink water and hot water are available through the water dispenser on the aisle which is a good thing.

We wasted our time to check the shuttle bus

We have mentioned to have the shuttle bus when we checked in, and the reception confirmed about it. However, the day before departure, we double checked with the reception, they said the shuttle bus was full. We were very unpleasant with the situation like this. Means that they are not even care if customers' request been settled or not. After the big complain from us, they start to ask their management team to solve this issue. And we wait for another 1 hour to get the confirmation from the reception.

Really frustrated experience

It's really frustrated to stay in this place. At the 3rd night of my stay, the reception told me that the shuttle bus was full and can't afford for 1 more person. The problem was that I made the reservation when I booked the hotel online. And they said I can book for it when check-in. When I checked in, I mentioned again and they just say ok without hesitation, which was on 16 Aug. 2019. On 18th Aug. 2019 morning, I spoke to reception again to make sure the bus will be on time, and I got a promise again. However, when I just wanted to have my dinner around 7pm, they said the bus was full and would check for me if there is still place for me. When I back from dinner around 10pm, they said I have to go to the airport by myself. I doubt that they don't even listen to their customer. Until the last moment, the reception informed the shuttle bus was full, then why I have to book this place for the reason I'd like to catch the plane easily?

Convenient because it’s inside Pluit Junction. Next to Emporium Mall but challenging to cross over because of heavy traffic . Hotel rooms have thin partitions so can hear Next rooms guests talking and laughing.
