「The hotel did not switch on generator for about 3 to 4 hours at night when regular electric supply was disrupted. On complaining ,the staff said that as customers did not request for generator supply, they did not switch it on. Their position was that now since you asked for it, we shall switch the generator on whereas it should have been a matter of routine in the event of power disruption. 「It's a great property with a great view, the food is expensive so I would recommend to opt for a Half Board meal plan. The food is tasy and staff is polite, helpful and hardworking. The Ropeway to McLeodganj is about 10km away only. It's a quiet property with great rooms. If you go for balcony make sure avoid ground floor as balcony is better if not on the ground floor. 」

「It was a wonderful family hotel - great location and superb pricing - we were pleasently surprised .. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us and help us with our needs. The breakfast starts at 8 but as we were to leave early, they actually organized sandwiches for us. I would give it a 5 star rating but I saw a small roach outside my room plus their kitchen is on the first floor and my room was adjoining the kitchen so the noise level was a little disturbing till about 11 pm and after...
