Lovely staff that were very attentive and the rooftop restaurant was a nice spot for breakfast or dinner. Close proximity to the fort and main street.

We absolutely loved this place and enjoyed the stay and the hospitality of the hosts. The rooms are exceptional and really well appointed, the haveli is unique and such a warm experience. Everyone working at the place was exceptionally customer focused and looked after all our needs. They arranged all the local visits for us and the service was out of this world. They were busy as the place was sold out, but it still felt like we were the only ones there.

Heritage House is a hotel like none other

It was truly an amazing experience staying at Hotel Heritage House. The staff and the owner were extremely hospitable. The hotel serves great food. The cleanliness is truly top class. The hotel is built in old signature Jaisalmer haveli style but is a new property. So, there is an old world charm and yet the facility is so contemporary. The best part is that the hotel is flexible in accomodating your requests for breakfasts, should you feel bored with menu. Breakfast is included in the tariff. The hotel connects you with other service providers like bike, parasailing, quad biking or jeep safari companies without charging you for it. The hotel is situated very close to Gadesar lake, Jaisalmer fort, Patwon ki haveli, Nathmal ki haveli etc and yet not in the middle of noisy part of the city. So, if you need your privacy and accessibility, this hotel is the place to be in. All in all, I'm completely nostalgic about the place and its staff.

Hotel con encanto - Charming hotel

Que agradable estancia .... demasiado corta, tan solo una noche, nos habríamos quedado más tiempo! Nos encantó el hotel desde el momento del checkin, nos recibieron con collares de flores, muy amables todo el tiempo todo el personal. La habitación muy cómoda y grande, y también el baño... fabuloso! Nos ofrecieron un chai , té típico indio, antes de salir de excursión, y luego por la noche tomamos algo en el restaurante de la terraza en un ambiente muy agradable . Todo buenísimo ! El desayuno fue en la misma terraza, un lugar relajante para empezar el día con energía. Nos habríamos quedado más días disfrutando de la hospitalidad del hotel y de la bonita ciudad de Jaisalmer . No os los perdáis si viajáis a Rajasthan!! 🙏🙏

Nos encantó a todos!!! Antes de llegar nos ofrecieron recogernos para llegar al hotel, nos sorprendió este detalle. Nos pusieron guirnaldas de flores al llegar!!😊😊 La habitación mia era de color fucsia, muy grande y muy alegre , y el baño espectacular de grande y cómodo. A la hora de la cena coincidimos con otra gente y lo pasamos muy bien. La comida buenísima, nos encantó, todo hecho al momento, y el personal todo el tiempo pendiente de nosotros. Magnífica atención ! Muy muy recomendable!!! Volvería en mi próxima visita a jaisalmer seguro a este hotel

Estancia maravillosa

Maravillosa experiencia, personal encantador y maxima comodidad en la habitación. El baño muy grande y con mampara!!! No muy fácil de encontrar en India.... El desayuno muy rico, recién hecho y todo de calidad en un ambiente muy agradable.... muy aconsejable y para repetir en el hotel! Nos ha encantado! Kimcris
