"The pictures of the villas are a bit confusing. They seem to be right on the beach. The overall experience is wonderful. "

"Disappointed in our stay. Our Junior Suite was located on the eighth floor (827). This room is next to the elevator. The headboard of the bed is on the wall of the elevator shaft. That is what you hear anytime the elevator is used. In addition the room is closest to the bridge. So you hear the bridge traffic all night. And to top off our stay, it was garbage pick up night and the dumpsters are also kept on the ground below the room. They pick up the garbage at 4:30. So we got very little sleep over our two night stay. So advise to be sure you have a room away from elevator, bridge and garbage."

"Conditions were stander. The outside and the rooms looked like the pictures there were just small aspects that could have been better. There were some stains and spots on the bedsheets and top blanket but it was not clear if it was a permanent one or just one they didn’t notice. The rooms were spacious and the bed was comfortable. For a one day stay it did the trick."

"Walls were thin, could hear fighting/snoring/dog barking in other rooms, outdoor traffic. Breakfast was very good, one of the few highlights. Bed saggy. Key cards were incorrectly deactivated TWICE during a 5-night stay, necessitating extra trips to the Front Desk so we could get into our room. Housekeeping is NOT daily, as the hotel description says on Hotels.com; it was performed only after 3 nights (that seems like a rather long interval), and then it was incomplete (e.g., ice bucket was not emptied). While one could request needed items via a door hanger between housekeeping visits, we did not receive the items we specified. Bathroom sink was nearly clogged, emptied extremely slowly. BEWARE: there is a $15/nt. parking fee + tax that is not included in the Hotels.com pricing, although it is listed in the "At A Glance" section. "
