Unfortunately they gave us room 105. Next to a side door. We listened to that dam door open and slam all night. The AC/heater was set at 70 so we raised it to 72. I had to get up twice during the night to shut it off and restart it because it would reach temp and then the AC would turn on. We would have complained and asked for another room except we went to St Augustine for the lights and didn’t get back until 11:15 and went immediately to bed. The breakfast was one of the best we’ve had yet and the kitchen lady was very friendly and was humming Christmas carols while she work. Hotel was very clean!!!!!

More of a business hotel. Lots of traffic noise around you, but you don’t hear anything in the hotel or your room front desk check in host very knowledgeable of area and recommendations for dinner. pretty decent breakfast.

Generally all OK. Problem was that the frig which we needed was not cooling as it should, and the microwave did not work correctly. The turntable was not working and it would overheat an item on one side and not at all on another. Also, the room was not refreshed in the three days we were there. I had to go to the desk and get fresh towels the third day,

I didnt like the fact that I booked this hotel for $50 pet fee but upon checking in it magically went $75 After showing mngr in writing he just said not my problem, call Hilton. Wow. Customer service sucks. Over $25 you probably lost a customer for life.

Check in was easy. Room had a microwave and fridge so that’s always a plus in my book! The only thing that I didn’t like was the shower was not cleaned good. There was visible hair and other particles in it. Also the lady from housekeeping knocked on the door and broke my sleep at 9 even though check out isn’t until 12. Also I had the do not disturb tag on the door and she knocked anyway!
