"When we checked in, the clerk seemed very disorganized and the keys were spread all over the desk. She was accommodating in changing our room from a he first floor to the third, but the room we got was dirty with dead bugs on the floor and splatters on the bathroom mirror, along with a brown smudge on the bathroom light switch plate. Luckily I travel with Lysol wipes, and cleaned all the light switch plates. The alarm was set on the clock in the room also which went off at 7:15am scaring us all...
