Beach access was good, first night air conditioner went out, second night NO WATER in sink shower or toilets, just horrible for accommodations. No exhaust fans in bathrooms so you cant see yourself in mirror after youbathe.Kids cried from being so hot in room.

Thank you for your review - to clarify, yes, the water was out due to a break in the city line, the city repaired it as quickly as they could do it. And for the air conditioner, we changed your room to accommodate you and your family as quickly as possible. We know this was challenging - however we do appreciate your understanding.

This is a Great hotel With magnificent location, we can find a lot of different things to do around restaurants and places to drink a beer. Also, the beach Is near you can go walking for three minutes

I liked everything about this hotel except one: You have to pay $12 a night to park there which seems a little strange considering you have to park there to stay in their establishment.

Close to beach / stores and good value
Great hotel for a quick stop over. 1 block from the beach and convenience stores. The place is a little bit dated but the staff are very nice and accommodating

Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind in gutem Zustand. Das Personal freundlich. Das Frühstück okay, nur der Kaffee könnte besser sein. Die Parkplatzgebühren in Höhe von 15 Dollar pro Nacht finde ich bei hoteleigenem Parkplatz für unangemessen. In der Umgebung sind genug öffentliche Parkplätze, welche man nutzen kann.

They charged $15 for parking while I was a guest for one night. To get the Internet you must pay also extra. Trash cans in the room did not have liners. Definitely nothing to recommend this place

Thank you for your response. Parking fee is listed on the Expedia site where reservations are booked through, so it was disclosed prior to arrival. We do not charge for the internet, and after reviewing your folio, you were not charged. Marriott has removed all liners from trash cans in guest rooms and they are sanitized after each guest stay. I hope this answers your answers your concerns. We appreciate you staying with us.
