"This property has the very best staff. They are flexible, patient, and courteous–consummate professionals. I rate this property a 5* for human resources. On the other hand, the property, especially the rooms, is dated. Though relatively clean, it may be time for an upgrade. The carpet throughout the property needs extensive cleaning or removal. It got me sick. "

"The Omni is a usually great place to stay and there is always something to do. Our unit was in need of some service. The stairwell, patio, and pool area was dirty with leaves and moss. It needed a good pressure wash. The bedroom carpets were dirty."

"My staying was horrible, the hotel is in construction and they did not inform us. The room was nasty with the “ new upgrades” damaged. The walls are paper thin so don’t go with minors!. The next door guest hold a party until 3 am and did not consider others. The amount of noise in the hallway was insane. I have to early check out and move to another hotel. Not recommended at all. "
