Beautiful hotel with large, comfortable rooms. Front desk staff is absolutely the most helpful and friendliest I’ve ever met before. Ailayah at the front desk is hands down the best front desk agent in the country!
Only issue I had was I booked it through Hotels.com app for the points / credit. Apparently Expedia actually booked it and definitely charged my credit card.
Upon arrival at 9:30pm, after driving over 8 hours, we expected to check in, go to our room, shower and get some much needed rest for the 8 hour drive home the next day.
It took us over an hour and a half to get checked in thanks to Expedia’s “virtual card” they sent to the hotel being declined, and it was a nightmare.
This is where Ailayah and the night manager stepped in, took over the conversation with Expedia customer service and worked it out with them. Meanwhile, they went ahead and checked my wife and I in and allowed us to go to our room.
EXCELLENT customer service!!!
