The person at the front desk, Christie, was extremely welcoming and friendly. She was able to get us into our room with no hesitation. The hotel was clean and spacious. As a frequent traveler to Jackson MS I’ve been looking for a “resident hotel”. I think I’ve found it.

The hotel itself is nice. It is right on the highway so it’s a bit noisy in the room. The bathtub could have used a good cleaning. There were hairs all in the bottom of it. The lady that checked us in was very pleasant. The beds were comfortable. Restaurants and shopping is easily accessible from this location.

What we like is the excellent customer service I received with the front desk Christy Blue at Pearl Mississippi. What we didn't like is the red blood stained at the sofa bed. My kids doesn't want to even go that area when they saw it. I think Hilton needs to change it.

The staff was beyond excellent. This property is the pits. For $200 a night, you would think a person could have a great sleep. These mattresses are horrible, full of lumps, and the down pillows are just that. Down. My body was in agony. Then I had to literally beg for clean towels on the second day. Forget eco-friendly. I do not bathe with a dirty towel at home. Could not open the curtains. The panel on the air conditioning unit is loose. The property gets a zero. The staff, however, makes it okay. The cooks and hostesses in the kitchen are top-notch; they get a 10. Mr. Thompson and his staff are fantastic.

The location is convenient with a few restaurants nearby. The room itself was not clean. The same is true from the last visit there and I didn’t leave a review because I figured it may have been an isolated incident. This confirmed it. The toilet had visible urine stains around the toilet seat, the pullout couch had horrible stains on the mattress. There was dried blood on the desk. A white desktop. Clearly no one cleaned the room. The floors and mirrors were dirty. We waited 45 minutes for their shuttle at the airport. I called and was told the shuttle was full with a pilot and crew and would return shortly. It never showed. This feature is how I even found this hotel! The staff is nice. Everyone was really nice but the rooms are disgusting and I’ll never stay at this property again.

The beds were comfortable and bathrooms clean. However, the sofa bed mattress was disgusting and ended up sleeping at the feet of the king size bed with the rest of the family. Needless to say, didn’t get a good night rest. The rooms didn’t have the waters that should come with the stay and when we asked, the staff insisted that we had water in our room. It felt like we were being accused of stealing just like when we checked in and the staff insisted I had not paid for breakfast as their coding didn’t reflect that. Once I provided proof from the Expedia app, they asked me to print it out to give them a copy. Of course I don’t carry a printer with me when I travel so they were kind to just make a note and waive the print out. It was late, I had my seven year old twins falling asleep and the last thing I needed was a substandard check-in experience. Their snack area for purchase and breakfast were also below any Hilton standard. Will never stay at this location again.
