"Our hot tub in our room did not work! Then we couldn't get the water to shut off! Maintenance told us that's normal it's what it's supposed to do! And sat there and argued with us about it!"

"This embassy is aged, service very bad many benefits gone. First off i always stay here when i m in town. Enjoyed the hottub before bed. But the eliminated the tub. Just a very cold pool now. Then the 1.5 hour drinks. Allowed 2 whichnif grest but no selection.The first nigjt they yad miller lite and bud on tap. I stayed 5 nights. The miller let ran out thevfirst joght and never replaced it. You wete left with just bud. No thank you. So then they hadv1 bottle of wine and 4 bottles of the cheapest liquior you have ever seen. The bartender was nice b one day then not so nice the next. I left him a tip but no thank you. Then my room was not clean 2 days of my stay. I had to call and ask why. Finally when i checked out ,there was no one around. Just drop your cards in a box. I m paid over 100 per night. I don t like to complain but I won t be back "

"You will be getting what you paid for at this Motel 6 location. Expect bare rooms and and what is in it to be in a state of disrepair. My room's bathroom also smelled of cigarettes."

"The worst place I have stayed at in a long time. No amenities. No towels. Terrible sheets. Bed slid like a college dorm. Back hurt waking up. Terrible attitude from workers. Room stunk. No food. Small pool. Terrible noise coming through windows from bridge. Hidden fees. Took 200$ deposit. Loud neighbors. Doors slamming night and day. 0 support from staff. Almost lost my car keys. "

"Overall was a plesent experience, except we could not control the temperture in the room, so the weekend we had an abnormally warm day for the time of year, but when we tried to manage the hvac unit in our room all we got was warm air out the the vents, at one point the room was up to 75 degrees, when we talked tot he hotel about the concern, we were told, "i would like to clarify that our air conditionins system operates on a neutral setting and does not provide direct cooling." their solution was to open the window for cooler air flow but then we had outside city noise to contend with that evening. "
