Stayed for 1 night after a long day traveling and was able to get a very good night rest! Was very clean and probably one of my favorite traveling hotels. Was please with the service and the breakfast lady did excellent job fixing food up and having food ready early. I would recommend this place to stay at for overnight or few days.

Friendly, courteous and professional staff. The room was spacious(King) with a couch and chair. It also had a fridge and microwave. The breakfast was very good. The best hotel we stayed at during our two week trip

After I checked into the hotel, my laptop computer experienced a data breach and lockdown. I believe it was bc I signed into their network. The hotel would have been fine otherwise but after my data was compromised, the stay was awful. Perhaps no reflection on the hotel but that is my experience.

Didn't have to ask for bedding for the pull out, clean comfortable room stocked with extras you don't normally expect, breakfast had so many options, was tasty and well stocked, the breakfast attendant was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again and this brand of hotel has been added to my favorites.

Our children got in trouble for being too loud at the pool but staff allowed a full on white trash bash with adults drinking, smoking weed, and talking vulgar go on in the lobby!

While the hotel was clean and smelled nice it is in need of a few repairs around the property. A few cracks in the floors and walls and it’s a newer property. The pool area was nice and warm and the breakfast was a good free meal. We would stay again

I stop in Jackson often on my way to see family in Texas. I always use this hotel as I can count on it to be quiet, clean and comfortable. After 8 times never a problem.

Pros: decent breakfast, room spacious. Cons: our room was dirty! Like gross dirty. Hair in the shower, orange substance near the toilet on the baseboards. Tile floors need attention not just mopping. They need scraped and corners need cleaned. Disinfecting solution leaves film on everything giving unclean appearance. Kitchen cabinets dirty, range hood so dirty I could write in it. When I told the front desk they sent someone up to disinfect the floors, clean the cabinet fronts etc. it was enough of an effort that I decided to stay. It bugged me every day. Housekeeping was not easy to get, but they did give us fresh towels when we asked. Carleigh was nice at the front desk and did her best to make sure the room was clean.

My room was dirty. I brought this up to the front desk clerk, showed her the pictures of my room and what needed to be cleaned, and I gave her 2 hours or more to have someone clean it. When I came back to the hotel, they only cleaned a portion of the room.

Six-story tall hotel without poured concrete floors. You can hear someone cross their legs in the bed above you. ANY movement above is amplified below. A toilet flush sounds like a visit to Niagara Falls. Highly recommended to the hearing impaired or sixth-floor reservation holders only. The room also smelled as if it was disinfected in connection with a crime scene - overwhelming! Normally I would never bother to mention this but, the front desk staff were the least welcoming people I've met in the hospitality industry though, they did nothing "wrong".
